Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (USA Only) We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We use a mix of carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure your snacks arrive as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
● Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
● Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wegotyou@standingtallfoods.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUND POLICY
All Sales Final Due to the perishable nature of our products (roasted soybeans) and food safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds & Resolutions If there is an issue with your order (such as a damaged package or spoilage), please email us at wegotyou@standingtallfoods.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
If your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
