SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (USA Only) We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Most orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
• Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $35.00.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wegotyou@standingtallfoods.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
