Although almost everyone can obviously enjoy soybeans, we launched our Standing Tall Crunchy Soybean Snacks for women. Standing Tall exists to lift women up before, during and after menopause. I’ve always been fixated on the power of food to fuel us, coupled with the benefits of moving our bodies. Our soybean snacks are here to make it easier for us women to get the protein, fiber, magnesium, calcium, and phytonutrients we need to nourish our bodies right, minimize menopausal symptoms and maximize our days, adding life to our years. It’s one simple solution to help us maximize our health. Because we deserve the best.

Everything you need to know
Non GMO Soybeans, Salt, Black Pepper, Sunflower Oil.
Contains soy.
Our soybeans are proudly sourced in North America. The US is the second largest producer of soybeans in the world, and North America is known for its high-quality soybeans. By not sourcing overseas, we are reducing our carbon footprint, supporting our local economies, and capitalizing on a well-established system for quality and traceability.
So why would we source them anywhere else!?
Yes! Non GMO soybeans take a little more work to grow because they haven’t been genetically modified to resist pesticides and herbicides but the payoff is clear from the flavor and health benefits.
Standing Tall soybeans are available exclusively on our website (so you’re in the right spot!) and on Amazon.
A soybean is a mature edamame bean. Perfect for us mature, menopausal women 😜. Soybeans are generally denser in nutrients and higher in protein, calories and fats than edamame. Soybeans are also richer in most minerals like iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. They are also lower in sodium than edamame beans. Another benefit of soybeans is that they have a milder, nutty natural flavor so they are able to take on the other flavors that they are cooked with, making them particularly delicious. Our seasoned, roasted soybeans are deeeeelicious!
No. Soybeans and foods derived from soy have been part of our human diet for centuries. Few if any concerns around soy are supported by sound science.
In addition to having beneficial isoflavones that have estrogen-like qualities, helping to reduce menopausal symptoms, soybeans are rich in nutrients including B vitamins, fiber, magnesium, potassium and high quality protein! Soybeans are considered a complete protein, containing all nine essential amino acids that our bodies cannot make on our own. Other than animal protein, there are not many other protein sources that deliver the high quality protein that soy does, really helping to strengthen and restore muscles and bones, among other benefits!

SAY GOODBYE TO MENOPAUSE SYMPTOMS—NATURALLY
The Science Behind How Standing Tall Supports You
HOT FLASHES & NIGHT SWEATS
The Biology:
Lower estrogen levels affect the hypothalamus, disrupting body temperature regulation. Hot flashes are not just a short term “annoyance.” It is well established that a greater incidence of hot flashes is linked to increased risk of stroke, heart disease and dementia.
We need to care for ourselves and stop “suffering through!”
How Standing Tall Helps:
Soy isoflavones mimic estrogen’s effect in the body, helping reduce frequency and intensity of hot flashes.
Incorporate Standing Tall Soybeans into your daily routine for one food-based solution to manage hot flashes.
Poor Sleep
The Biology:
What’s worse than poor sleep?? Perimenopause disrupts melatonin and raises cortisol, making restful sleep harder to achieve. In perimenopause, we tend to spend most of the night in light sleep which is no bueno. If you’re anything like me, you like and need your sleep.
How Standing Tall Helps:
Magnesium and fiber support our nervous system function and blood sugar balance, promoting deeper, more restorative sleep. There are lots of tips out there on maximizing your sleep, and leveling up your nutrition game is definitely one of them.
Mood Swings & Brain Fog
The Biology:
Estrogen decline affects serotonin, memory, and focus. 1 in every 5 women in the US has left or considered leaving a job due to menopause symptoms. WTF. That’s gotta stop!
How Standing Tall Helps:
Phytoestragens, found in soybeans, are associated with a slight improvement in memory and cognitive clarity in post-menopausal women. In addition, let’s also incorporate aerobic activity, stay socially connected, and “work our brains” with reading, learning, and challenging ourselves! PS - Soy isoflavones and magnesium work together to support emotional regulation and cognitive clarity.
Low Energy & Muscle Loss
The Biology:
During peri- and post-menopause, we lose lean muscle at roughly twice the rate we do at any other stage of life. This accelerated loss is more than a cosmetic issue, it directly impacts energy, strength, and long-term health. Because muscle is not just for movement, it sends chemical signals that support everything from brain function to immune response. When menopause slows metabolism and reduces muscle mass, it disrupts these signals, undermining the very foundation of healthy aging and longevity.
How Standing Tall Helps:
Soybeans are an incredible, complete plant-based source of protein with all nine essential amino acids. Unlike other protein sources, over 90% of soy protein is bioavailable, which means it does its job of preserving muscle, protecting bones and contributing to our vitality! Plus they are low in fat, satiating and our soybeans are freaken’ delicious!
Bone Density Loss
The Biology:
Estrogen decline accelerates calcium loss and weakens bone structure. Women are 4 times as likely to develop osteoporosis than men! That’s gotta change! We need to consume calcium fortifying foods, foods that help us absorb calcium AND focus on balance and strength training to protect and strengthen our bones.
How Standing Tall Helps:
Magnesium, a key nutrient found naturally in soybeans, aids calcium absorption and bone strength. Soybeans also have calcium which, of course, is primarily known for its contribution to bone health.
